Driving Directions:

Shoreline Medical Associates is located on Route 1 (Boston Post Road), approximately 1/2 mile east of Hammonasset State Park.  From I-95 take Exit 62, travel south on the Hammonasset Connector to the stoplight (approximately one mile).  Turn left on to Route1 and continue for a 1/2 mile.  The office is located on the left side of the road, 1353 Boston Post Road.
